But a hallmark of Sing Sing Kill Brewery is its unwavering commitment to sustainability. The facility operates on 100% renewable energy and upholds a zero-waste policy, reflecting the founders’ deep-rooted passion for environmental conservation.

The bar staff is friendly, while the pale ale and Irish stout are both highly recommended. they have added snacks like hot dogs, pretzels, and nuts. And since it’s a NY Farm Brewery, they are also able to sell other NY State wines, spirits, and hard cider.

Here Coffee + Bar is a gem that blends the best of two worlds: expertly roasted coffee by day and an impressive selection of craft beers by night. And since it’s located right at the Metro North train station, it’s a convenient stop at both times of day.

They take pride in their small-batch roasted coffee,ย roasting the beans weekly in small batches on a vintage 12 Kilogram Diedrich Drum roaster. The ground coffee then goes directly into bags for sale, or used for fresh cups of coffee, lattes, and other coffee-based drinks.

In the evening, Here Coffee + beer transforms into a laid-back hangout featuring a selection of craft beers. The rotating tap list highlights various Hudson Valley breweries as well as an exciting list of bottles and cans from further away.

They offer good Wi-fi and snacks like charcuteries, cheeses, pastries, and other small bites so you could probably just skip the train ride to the office and work from here.
