Whether you wake up late or catch the morning waves, there are plenty of great options to go looking for the best brunch in Bali. Brought to life by the diversity of tourists visiting Bali, the brunch culture here is getting bigger each year.
With multiple spots opening up near each other, the number of quality places has increased significantly in recent years. From neighborhoods like Canggu to Ubud to Seminyak, here are 7 of the best brunch spots in Bali.

The Avocado Factory
Nothing screams Bali brunch quite like avocado, as Indonesia produces the fifth most avocados in the world. At The Avocado Factory, you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes that all include avocado in some way, while enjoying the view of the rice field of Canggu.
They offer classic dishes such as the eggs Benedict to a scrumptious avocado Pancakes with strawberries, coconut, and chocolate gelato. However, you can always go for a more filling option with the Nasi Campur (rice served with a variety of sides) or the fresh Poke Bowl. While you are in there, do not forget to order their special smoothies and dessert including the avocado chocolate mousse.
Ithaka Warung
With locations in Ubud and Canggu, Ithaka Warung is the place to go if you are looking to have local Indonesian specialties for breakfast in Bali. Ithaka Warung is known for its outstanding selection of Indonesian foods including Nasi Goreng, Indonesian Curry, and Gado-Gado.
One of the best things about Ithaka Warung is they offer other options including a variety of affordable Spanish tapas, western fusion, and an assortment of breakfast bowls.
Sisterfields Café
Sisterfields is a popular Australian all-day brunch cafe located in the crowded area of Seminyak. Sisterfields is known amongst both local and international tourists for its cozy setting with excellent food and drinks, including a fine selection of cocktails and smoothies.
Dishes like the Sticky Nam Jim Pork Belly and the Chocolate Brioche French Toast are the reason why Sisterfields Cafe has established itself as one of the best choices for brunch in Bali.
Sensorium
Sensorium is a humble brunch spot operated by Indonesian Chef William Salim. Located on one of the coolest streets around, Pantai Batu Bolong, Sensorium is always full of brunch seekers lining up for their fun and delicious options. They described their food as modern “Australasian” Fusion, serving tasty combinations such as the Korean Scrambled egg and the famous Textural of Mushrooms.
One unique dish inspired by the local instant noodle “Indomie” is the Brunch Ramen-Dry, made with perfectly-cooked noodles that burst Umami upon the first bite. Despite its relatively limited sittings, Sensorium has successfully managed to keep everything from the service, affordability, and food on point. But the Bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll is still one of my favorites for a simple breakfast in Bali.
Milk & Madu Cafe
Milk & Madu serves an all-day breakfast with 3 Bali locations: Berawa, Canggu, and Ubud. Known as one of the first establishments offering a wide variety of brunch options in Bali, Milk & Madu has become an institution here.
Not only Milk & Madu is known for its casual and comfy setting, but it is also popular for its complete menu covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With the popular brunch options including Brioche French Toast and the Breakfast Burrito, people always come back for their pizza and potato bun burgers. It’s not a surprise that Milk & Madu is a spot for some of the best brunch in Bali.
Warung Sika
For an authentic Bali breakfast experience, there is nothing like the Nasi Goreng or Nasi Campur at Warung Sika. Located amongst the beautiful rice fields of Canggu, Warung Sika is the perfect spot to experience authentic Indonesian food.
Just like in most Warungs in Indonesia, the way Warung Sika works is you choose the type of rice you want (white, red, yellow). Then, you can point out all the side dishes you want that will be mixed on top of your rice, hence the name Nasi Campur (Nasi means rice and Campur means mixed).
Warung Sika offers traditional options such as the Tempe Orek, Gado-Gado, and Indonesian Corn Fritters (Bakwan Jagung). For the proteins, they serve different types of meats including fried/grilled chicken, pork ribs, eggs, and more. No matter how much you eat in Warung Sika, a meal would most likely cost you less than $5.
Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar
If you want the best Sunday brunch in Bali, head to the Apurva Kempinski Bali, which is one of the best luxury resorts located in Nusa Dua. Popular for its grand architecture and outstanding services, the Apurva Kempinski is one of the must-visit resorts for both local and international tourists.
Of course, there are plenty of more affordable options for brunch in Bali. However, there is nothing quite like the Sunday Brunchcation which not only comes with a buffet brunch and great cocktails, but also with access to the stunning facilities of the hotel.
The Sunday brunch buffet offers a selection of dishes that include seafood, sushi, Indonesian food, a grill station, a variety of bread and desserts, and much more. It’s easily one of the best upscale brunch options in Bali.
